Medicine was presented to me as a good option to contribute towards society and a discipline that enables research and constant learning.
Initially, I specialized in Urology and this made me discover my interest for surgeries and acquire relevant information on surgical practice, but soon, I decided to redirect my professional career towards medical surgical dermatology.
This step I took, allowed me to immerse myself in the activity that I have been carrying out with enthusiasm for years: dermatological surgery.
These last years
Since 2014, I consider myself lucky to be part of the team,Dermaassociats and Institut Dermatologia Garcés both in the Teknon medical center, where, from the beginning, I have received the necessary confidence and trust to keep practicing and advancing in my professional career. Since 12 years, I have also been working in the dermatological oncology unit in the Sant Pau Hospital, where I have also been able to perform my surgical activity with enthusiasm.
My philosophy is based on working on my own professional and personal evolution to improve, be useful and apply the best of me in my surroundings and my patients. In dermatological surgery, the opportunity to be able to create in every intervention is linked to the patients benefit and is a reason for great personal satisfaction.
I have undertaken this project to help and continue my learning process.
In the part of dermatology dedicated to skin cancer, choosing the appropriate treatment for each tumor and each patient represents the key to therapeutic success, so I always try to find the most appropriate treatment that fits the needs of each patient.
